Global provider of warehouse automation Hai Robotics has announced the expansion of its global manufacturing capacity into the Asia Pacific region.
The company made the decision to supply growing customer demand, with the investment made to shorten lead times and strengthen supply chain resilience.
The sites, located in Yancheng, China, and Penang, Malaysia, aim to improve flexibility and responsiveness to global supply chain conditions.
Additionally, the two new manufacturing facilities increase Hai Robotics’ production capacity by 10 times for HaiPick System robots.
Founder and CEO of Hai Robotics, Richie Chen, said: “As demand for warehouse automation continues to grow, our ability to scale rapidly while maintaining world-class standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence is critical to supporting our customers worldwide.
“These new factories represent more than just physical expansion — they are a key step forward in our mission to build a truly global and adaptive manufacturing ecosystem.”
