Designer and manufacturer of engineered access solutions, Southco Asia Limited, has opened a new manufacturing facility located in the Plainvim Intelligent Industrial Park in Gaoming, Foshan, China.
Southco Manufacturing and Technology (Foshan) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024, with the area spanning 13,000m² and is home to more than 400 employees. Â
Southco’s new operations in Foshan aim to enhance production capabilities and contribute to technological innovation and economic growth in the Asian market.
The opening ceremony, held on September 25, was attended by local officials, community members, board members of TouchPoint Inc., executive leaders from Southco Inc., and approximately 150 attendees, including local employees.
Managing director of Southco Asia, Jay Lu, said: “We are excited to celebrate the opening of our new facility in Foshan, a region renowned for its manufacturing excellence and it is a hub of possibilities.
