Serve Robotics Inc., a leading autonomous sidewalk delivery company, has partnered with Little Caesars, the third-largest pizza chain in the United States, to deliver the brand’s pizza using autonomous delivery robots via Uber Eats.
The service is currently available to Little Caesars customers within Serve Robotics’ delivery area in Los Angeles.
This partnership expands Serve’s existing presence on Uber Eats, which already includes robotic deliveries in cities such as Miami, Dallas, and Atlanta, with plans to add more US locations in the near future.
Serve Robotics’ third-generation autonomous robots feature an expanded cargo compartment capable of carrying up to four large 16-inch pizzas along with sides such as beverages, while maintaining the temperature and quality of the food during delivery.
Little Caesars has emphasised its commitment to innovation and technology-forward solutions through the partnership, which also aims to reduce the environmental impact of deliveries.
Uber Eats highlighted that combining autonomous technology with everyday convenience enhances the reliability, ease, and sustainability of the delivery experience.
Little Caesars’ autonomous robotic delivery service can be accessed through the Uber Eats app. More information about the delivery process is available on Serve Robotics’ website.
