Modular software developer Helikai has partnered with distributor Titan Data Solutions to market four vertical agentic AI and machine-learning solutions across Europe and the Middle East, with Titan leveraging its UAE subsidiary to support regional roll-outs.
The agreement will see Helikai and Titan help customers deploy and operate Helibots – domain-specific AI agents for life sciences, legal services, media and entertainment, and general IT.
The agents are trained on a customer’s private data, can run on-premise or in public cloud, and are managed by Helikai to keep models current as datasets evolve.
“AI agents are the new frontier in AI,” said Jamie Lerner, co-founder at Helikai. “Agentic AI will allow companies to reinvent the way they work, with technology specific to their industry. Titan was the obvious partner to lead our GTM in Europe and the Middle East.”
Steve Low, managing director at Titan Data Solutions, said the tie-up enables partners “to introduce agentic AI into the enterprise”, positioning them to differentiate with “pioneering technology”.
Helibot use cases cited include medical-image analysis, pathology and genomics, automated drafting of legal and regulatory filings, and creative tooling for audio, backgrounds and visual effects.
The product set also includes Secure Private Retrieval-Augmented Generation (SPRAG) for on-premise or cloud RAG deployments; KaiFlow, which structures intermediate, human-in-the-loop steps; and Helikai Malama, aimed at reducing token usage and infrastructure costs through tuning.
Titan said the partnership complements its AI-ready infrastructure portfolio for partners across EMEA, with Middle East customers able to access local pre-sales and services via the distributor’s UAE entity.
