Quicktron Robotics (Quicktron), a developer of CE-certified mobile robots, has announced a new partnership with technology business consultant Total Technologies to deliver end-to-end automation solutions across Romania.
The Romanian consultancy specialises in integrating automatic data collection, voice technology, RFID, autonomous and collaborative robots.
It has delivered solutions to businesses across various sectors, including retail, logistics, distribution, health, among others.
By leveraging digital expertise with Quicktron’s experience in the robotics market, the pair hope to support Romanian customers to address supply-chain challenges using automated and digital solutions.
“We are excited about the possibilities that this partnership with Total Technologies opens up for Quicktron,” said Yang Wei, CEO of Quicktron Robotics.
“Their extensive experience and expertise in digital solutions integration perfectly complement our robotics offerings. This collaboration will enable us to provide our clients with comprehensive, future-ready solutions that address the evolving needs of their industries.”
The robotics firm’s patented QuickBin solution has been used by previous e-commerce partners to improve efficiency through inbound processes by connecting robots with conveyor belts.
The mobile robots can thus be used to organise high-density storage of high SKU count stock and increasing picking efficiency, Quicktron has said.
The latest developments in robotics and automated technologies for materials handling will be on show at the Robotics and Automation Exhibition on 19-20 March 2024 at the NEC Birmingham.
