Italian industrial automation leader Comau has announced the completion of its acquisition of Automha, a provider of warehousing and automated intralogistics systems.
The deal sees Comau assume full ownership of Automha and its global subsidiaries.
The acquisition represents a strategic investment aimed at reinforcing Comau’s position within the growing logistics and warehouse automation sector. It also marks a step forward in the company’s broader plan to establish a future-focused automation hub in Italy.
By integrating Automha’s expertise with its own capabilities in industrial robotics, software-driven automation, and human-centric technologies, Comau plans to offer scalable, high-performance solutions to customers across various markets worldwide.
Despite the change in ownership, Automha will continue operating under its current structure and strategic vision.
The company’s existing commitments and customer relationships will remain intact, while benefiting from Comau’s expanded global reach and resources.
