Richtech Robotics, a Nevada-based developer of AI-powered service robots, announced today that its Chinese joint venture, Boyu Artificial Intelligence Technology has signed a multi-million-dollar sales agreement with Beijing Tongchuang Technology Development.
Valued at more than US$4m, the agreement includes the purchase, service, and software licensing of three of Richtech’s primary product lines: ADAM, Scorpion, and Titan. The company expects the deal to contribute to fourth quarter revenue and generate recurring income going forward.
By securing this partnership, the company aims to broaden its reach within the Chinese market and explore additional opportunities across Asia.
Richtech Robotics currently has more than 400 robotic systems deployed in various sectors throughout the United States, including hospitality, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. Notable clients include the Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field, Golden Corral, Hilton, Sodexo, Boyd Gaming, and several senior living and healthcare facilities.
The company’s product suite, designed to improve efficiency and customer service, includes robots capable of delivering food, performing cleaning tasks, and supporting industrial workflows.
