Robotics and Automation – the UK’s largest dedicated robotics and automation exhibition – has moved to 02-03 November 2021, following the continued suspension of all business events by the UK government.
The rescheduled show will see industry-leading suppliers to the UK showcase the latest in industrial and collaborative robots, autonomous mobile robots and automated guided vehicles, automated assembly machines and parts handling equipment, motion control and machine vision technology, sensors, and the latest advancements in AI and the IoT enabling smart factories and smart manufacturing.
It will also incorporate the Automation and Innovation Conference.
In addition, show organiser Akabo Media has announced the launch of Robotics and Automation Connected, a brand-new series of themed, free-to-attend webinars showcasing all the products and services that the live event’s exhibitors provide.
Stephen Brooks, managing director of Akabo Media, said: “Whilst we’re deeply disappointed to not be able to hold Robotics and Automation this year, we are incredibly excited about the return of the exhibition in 2021 and the launch of Robotics and Automation Connected – an interactive offering designed to bring buyers and sellers together from the comfort of their computer, tablet or smartphone.”
Meanwhile, IntraLogisteX – the UK’s premier intralogistics and materials handling exhibition – will return to the Ricoh Arena, Coventry, on 27-28 May 2021, giving visitors the opportunity to discover the latest solutions from over 150 of the leading intralogistics and materials handling equipment suppliers to the UK.
This year has already seen the launch of IntraLogisteX Connected, with successful webinars including the likes of The Access Group and MintSoft, Randex and Pick to Light Systems looking at ways to improve order picking efficiencies and the software solutions transforming the warehouse. These can be watched on-demand here.
