DCL Logistics, a provider of fulfilment and inventory management services for fast-growing omni-channel brands, has partnered with Dexory to integrate its DexoryView robotics and data intelligence platform into warehouse operations.
The move is aimed at automating and accelerating inventory audits while reducing operational disruptions.
Since deploying DexoryView, DCL Logistics has reported a 14% improvement in pallet location accuracy and an increase in the speed of inventory counts. These gains have contributed to reduced labour hours, cost savings, and enhanced workflow continuity, the company has said.
Previously, the company relied on manual cycle counts to verify stock levels and locations, which interfered with regular operations.
The company has said that by using the platform, it can perform daily and weekly inventory audits, delivering real-time data to its clients.
Dave Tu, President at DCL Logistics, said: “Robotics automation most obviously increases the speed of our daily cycle counting, but it’s the substantial increase in accuracy rates over an accelerated time period that allows our operations to move faster and smarter for our customers, while giving our teams more time focus on higher value initiatives.”
Achievements and innovations in retail and e-commerce, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, automotive, transport & logistics, and more will be celebrated at the Robotics & Automation Awards on 29 October 2025 at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
