Element Logic has reached an agreement to acquire BS Handling Systems in a move it says will strengthen its UK and Ireland offering with complete, integrated warehouse automation solutions.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to complete in early Q4 2025.
BS Handling Systems is a UK intralogistics integrator known for conveyors, sortation, mezzanine floors, racking and automated packaging
AutoStore integrator Element Logic said combining that fit-out and materials-handling expertise with its own AutoStore integration, AMRs, robotics and software will give customers a single supplier for inbound-to-outbound projects.
“We are excited to welcome BS Handling Systems to the Element Logic family,” said Scott Torrington, managing director of Element Logic UK and Ireland.
“Their strong industry expertise and customer focus aligns well with our goal to innovate warehouse solutions, providing comprehensive in-bound and out-bound services quickly and focusing on delivering value to our customers.”
Robert Brand-Smith, managing director at BS Handling Systems, said joining Element Logic will allow the combined business to offer “full turnkey integrator solutions specifically for the UK and Ireland markets”, with continuity for existing customers and expanded resources and technology for future projects.
Ankush Malhotra, group CEO of Element Logic, said the deal “marks an exciting step forward” in the UK, adding that complementary capabilities and a shared customer focus would enable “innovative and complete solutions” for warehouses.
Following completion of the acquisition, the combined UK operation is expected to offer a broader portfolio under one roof, including AutoStore-powered AS/RS, advanced conveyors, AMRs, sortation, automated packaging and software, supported by local delivery teams and global scale.
Element Logic said the goal is to deliver scalable, compliant and future-ready systems that improve speed, visibility and precision in modern warehousing.
